1. Decide on the guest list
Ask the bride for her 'must haves' and suggest that she thinks about friends, family, work and school. Ask about possible room mates and make a note of any special requirements, e.g. vegetarians, teetotallers.
Get the key guests to reserve one date and a back up as soon as possible.
There will be a variety of budgets to cater for, BUT we accept guests participating in parts of the weekend... perfect to suit all! We also have an instalment system, so paying couldn't be easier.
Bear in mind that very often the bride wishes to be away from home territory making your task harder due to unfamiliarity. Ask our staff all about the locations you like, since 1996 we have built up a good knowledge base.
The options are now so extensive. You have to do the research, BUT it's all here on our site. Get some inspiration and filter the option by your personality and activity style. Or take a look at the packages and filter by your budget.
6. Create a Wish List
Start adding your ideas to the wish list to create a 'no obligations quote' which you can share with your friends. The bride can share with her bridesmaids so they can take over the planning.
7. Reserve Availability
All we need is a one-person deposit and we will reserve for your maximum number with the activities and accommodation.
8. Individual Payments
Asking people for money is a real pain. This is where you will love hitched.co.uk. Just add the names and email addresses for the participants and the party invites will be sent, allowing your guest to pay by instalments and contribute to other people in the group, e.g. everyone might want to chip-in for the bride.
Making things easy, once the balance has been paid you and all the guests will receive their itinerary ticket with maps and information for all the events. If you want to keep it a secret from one or more people then just enter their name without an email address and we will keep the secret.
10. Effortless Fun
Just take your itinerary ticket on the weekend and have an epic weekend away with the girls.
You might want to add some "naughty" little gifts for the bride or hen t-shirts.
